Grow Script Installed But Still Not Detected – “We’re Having Trouble Seeing Your Script” Message

I’ve installed the Grow script on my WordPress site recipezed.com, but the dashboard still shows the message:

“We’re Having Trouble Seeing Your Script.”

Here’s a full summary of what I’ve done so far:

  • ✅ Installed the Grow script using the WPCode plugin (Header section)
  • ✅ Also tried manually adding it to the theme's header.php file
  • ✅ Verified that only one instance of the script is active at a time
  • ✅ Tried using the Grow plugin, but uninstalled it for manual integration

  • ✅ Cleared all caches (WP Rocket + Cloudflare)

     

     

I’ve followed all documentation, but Grow still doesn’t detect the script. Could you please help me identify what might be preventing the detection?

    Hi Boutlif,

    It looks like Ten Web Optimizer is delaying Grow's scripts on your site:

    The Conflicts & Compatibilities article outlines most of the common, known conflicts with Grow's scripts, but there are so many options when it comes to site speed and optimization plugins that we cannot list them all. 

    Excluding Grow from any javascript optimization, deferral, or minification in Ten Web Optimizer, then clearing your site's cache should help here!
