    Hey Jenny!

Recommended Content widgets typically won't appear if Grow's post bookmarks are missing or have broken images. That is likely what's happening here.

It looks like you're running All in One SEO, which is outputting Open Graph meta tags, alongside Jetpack. It's possible the two sets of Open Graph meta tags are not allowing Grow to pull in the metadata for its post bookmarks appropriately. I'd recommend disabling Jetpack's OG meta tag output, per the instructions in this guide.

Once you've done that, clearing your site's cache and any caching plugins should help Grow pull in new metadata. You'll likely need to click the Refresh Posts button under Grow Publisher Portal > Grow Settings > Recommended content after clearing your cache. You're only able to Refresh Posts once per day.

Many thanks support team! I have tried what you have advised by adding the Jetpack OG tag disabling code in function.php, purged all cache ( I use W3 Total cache), and refreshed the posts in Grow setting.

After few hours, I tried to check my blog posts, inline recommendation are still not showing, (not sure about the weekly Automailer email as yet), it appeared for maybe 1-2 second but only the Title of Article, not the images, then completely gone.

And it still does not work. I have also check in the “site health” section under Performance in Wordpress, it does not show any issues about conflicting plugins.

Are you able to help to check further on what the cause might be?

Thank you for trying that, Jenny!

There's still a third og:image tag being added to your site, though I can't pinpoint where that's coming from. Two are from All in One SEO, which is great, but since the third is the same image it's probably not causing an issue.

I did notice you're using Cloudflare's Rocket Loader, which could be causing a confict. Can you try disabling Rocket Loader, clearing your cache, and then refreshing your posts one more time?

Hi Grow team, strangely there is a third og: image. Any other way I find where it is from? Based on your suggestion I have disabled Cloudflare Rocket loader. I have refreshed the posts and will see what happens next. Will update you of my progress. Also as I am aiming to get into Journey by Mediavine, is there anything else I need to action on my website to ensure it aligns with Journey’s requirements?

    Hey Jenny,

Looking through your plugins and seeing if any of them potentially output OpenGraph meta data or social sharing meta data could help you determine the source of the third og:image tag.

    Hey Jenny,

We're not able to troubleshoot to this degree. You should be able to look at how your many plugins work to see if any are potentially outputting OpenGraph meta tags and disable that setting in all but All in One SEO.

Additionally, it looks like some of this list are performance or caching plugins, so they could potentially be optimizing Grow's scripts. You can refer to our Conflicts & Compatibilties article for known conflicts and examples of how to exclude Grow from optimization.
