    Hey Meredith,

    Depending on the size of your CSV file, it can take some time for Grow to prepare the download. When it is ready, a download link should appear in your Subscribe Settings tab.

    You should also receive an email from noreply@mail.grow.me with a download link to your Grow Subscriber CSV. That email is valid for 7 days from the delivery date and you should be able to download the CSV as many times as necessary in that period.

    I'd also recommend integrating Grow and Kit to automate sending your subscribers from Grow to Kit. This article can help: Kit Integration Basics
