Exclusive Content Not Working On Mobile
I've tried increasing the height beyond 500 px and grouping the blocks, and my content still won't lock on mobile. Am I missing something?

Hi Courtnee,
Are you applying the CSS class for your Exclusive Content widget to the Group Block, or to the content within the Group Block you're trying to lock? Applying the CSS class to the Group Block itself should resolve this issue.

Hi Ben,
I'm applying the CSS to the Group Block itself, but it's still not working.

Is the Group Block in the first screen view on the page? Grow is deferred from the first screen view, so you'll want to make sure whatever element you're applying the Exclusive Content to is below the fold.

It is not in the first screen view, and you have to scroll nearly to the bottom of the page so it's below the fold. The block is working on desktop and is set to 701px, so it should work on mobile as well, right? I'm not sure if it will help, but here is the link:

I see the Exclusive Content locked on my iPhone 15 in both Chrome and Safari (and using my desktop Chrome's devtools to simulate mobile devices).
Are you logged into Grow on your mobile device? If you're logged in and already subscribed to your content, the Exclusive Content will be unlocked. Have you tried another mobile web browser or an incognito/private window?

Each time I tried previously, I tried from a private browser and it was not locked. I'm not sure what changed overnight, but it appears locked to me now, so I will take it. Thank you for your help Ben!

I'm glad you're seeing it locked now, Courtnee! Maybe there was some caching at play that refreshed overnight?

Very possible! The website has scheduled caching, and I closed down my mobile browser entirely yesterday, so perhaps. I had another person try it, and it was not locked to them yesterday but is today, so my guess would be that the website refreshed. Again, thank you so much for the assistance!
