Subscribe Forms Not Appearing On New Theme

I just switched to the Newspaper Theme, but the Subscribe Forms are not appearing even though it is enabled. How can I fix this? My website is cheerfulsharing.com

    When you change themes, your site's content area may use different selectors than with a previous theme. Updating your content selector under Grow Publisher Portal > Grow Settings > General should help Grow place in-content features like Spotlight Subscribe and the Inline Recommended Content widget.

    I have had it before, suddenly its gone.
