Grow does not recognise the wordpress connect nor the script

Hi there, to the best of my knowledge I tried to connect Grow (via plugin and via script) to my website, but I'm not successful. Can someone help me please? Thank you so much

Using both manually installed scripts and the Grow plugin will prevent Grow from being able to verify its scripts. It provides two endpoints to connect to instead of one. Removing one installation method, preferably the manually installed scripts, should resolve this. You may need to clear your site's cache and any caching plugins after removing the scripts.
