Issue with Autonmailer Setting
AnsweredHi, Automailer is saying that my email is not valid for my recipients to reply to. I have confirmed and validated my account information. I have tried everything. see below.

Hi Maggie,
Is there a space after the end of the email address? If so, spaces are not supported characters for the email address field.
You might also try using a lowercase M. If the case of the email does not match your entry, Grow will not allow you to save the reply-to email address.

Once you've entered the email address, are you scrolling down to click the Save Changes button in the bottom right?

What if I accidently spelled the email incorrectly somehow? I only ask that because I did that once and I may have auto filled the incorrect email but I have checked the email and it also verified the correct email. I'm thinking that for some reason it didn't clear it in the cookies? If it works that way…

I tried to save it once I entered my email and it won't accept it.

Have you tried entering your reply-to email address in an incognito window?

I'm not sure what you mean. Like pull up my account in an incognito window then try entering my email there?

Yes, log into Grow Publisher Portal in an incognito window and try entering your email address.

So that took it. I'm going to log out of everything then log back in and check.

This could indicate a caching issue in your normal browser window or it could be related to browser extensions and/or ad/pop up blockers.
