Grow Plug In and Manual Script Are Not Working

I have attempted to try using the Grow plug in on my wordpress website and it says that it was successfully connected on my wordpress site but when I go back to my Grow account and click “I've Installed Plug In” it keeps saying it is still not connected, even after I have waited for hours and cleared by cache on my website. I attached what it looks like on my website below and what my grow account still says.

Because the plug in wasn't working, I also installed the script manually in my header code, cleared by cache, and waited hours and it still says “we're still having trouble seeing your script”. 

Can you please provide some troubleshooting advice on how to get it connected to my website since both methods are not working?

    Hey Samantha,

    It looks like you're running Autoptimize on your site, which is one of Grow's known conflicts. Our Conflicts & Compatibilities article should be able to help.
