Print Pass isn't working?

I enabled Print Pass, and I use WPRM Premium. For some reason, when I try to test out Print Pass and click the print button on the recipe card, it goes directly to the print page (it never shows the window for a user to add their email.) I've tried this on Chrome, Safari, and in incognito mode as well as from my iPhone. Is there another setting or something I need to change?

  It looks like you're using SiteGrounds' Antibot AI CAPTCHA feature because I'm presented with a captcha screen between clicking the recipe card print button and accessing the Print Recipe page. This feature is not compatible with Print Pass.

  If you'd like to use Print Pass, you'll need to reach out to SiteGrounds and have them disable the Antibot AI CAPTCHA feature!
