Get rid of the "Grow account page" mention

There is a “grow account page” mention at the bottom of my website, how do I get rid of it?

  Hey Anya,

  It looks like you've chosen to hide the Grow widget on your site, preventing users from accessing their Grow favorites or account via the Grow widget. 

  When you hide the Grow widget, users are given access to their Grow accounts and favorites through a banner displayed in the footer. Either the Grow widget or this banner must be displayed.
