Kit CSV not syncing

I downloaded my subscriber CSV from Kit, but the fields don't match and don't have a drop down to match it to. Isn't this specifically for Kit? Why isn't it working?

  Hey Ashley,

  If there isn't a matching field, you should be able to leave the dropdown on the blank option and import your CSV.
