    Hey Nicolas,

Have you tried setting up your Exclusive Content widget in an incognito or private browser window? Some browser extensions/security settings can impact Grow's functions.

Let me know if that works!

    Hello Ben,

Thanks for your reply. I tried in incognito browser in Chrome and in Opera and a 404 error message appears.

    Is there any solution ?

    Best regards

    Thanks for trying that, Nicolas!

If you don't add the image, can you fill in the rest of the fields successfully? Can you add the image by itself after doing that? I want to get a full idea of how Grow Publisher Portal is handling this specifically so we can try to isolate the issue.

Also, is Chrome or Opera your main browser and which versions of those browsers are you running?

    Hello,

    It works now, weird!

Considering the “exclusive content”, when the visitor will click on the button “download this resource” I'd like to give him access to a PDF. Could you help me understand how to implement the PDF file with the exclusive content widget ?

I need guidance on setting up the download functionality when users click the button.

(I've read this article but it doesn't help).

There are two methods by which you can implement Exclusive Content to lock a PDF:

You are able to use the Manual Placement code method for single elements as well. It supplies an HTML tag for you to apply Exclusive Content through.

Hello, thanks. I've Lock a Single Image/Element Using the CSS Method but when I click on the download button I enter an other credentials but afterwards the button “downloa” is still there, so it doesn't work. Here is the slug : Plan entrainement ultra-trail 16 semaines

    I've added this CSS class : grow-exclusive-content-widget-f04c7203-d92d-48ed-8335-1159b158643f

    How to resolve this ?

    Hey Nicolas,

I'm not able to access that link for some reason. Are you able to create a Loom or screen recording showing the issue?

    Hi Nicolas,

It looks like Grow is possibly being optimized by Litespeed Cache here. Can you try either disabling Litespeed Cache or excluding Grow's scripts from its optimization? This article can help with excluding Grow's scripts.

Hello Ben, I've added the URL file on the Litespeed cache param but still it doesn't work (the grow screen doesn't appear anymore). Any tips?

    Hey Nicolas,

You don't want to exclude the post's URL from LiteSpeed Cache; you need to exclude Grow's scripts. You should be able to just add the word “grow” to your exclusions.

    Hello,

I've just added the word “grow” to the exclusions but it still doesn't work.

    Best regards,

    Nicolas
