Grow widgets overlapping my cookie notice

I have a cookie notice at the bottom of my page and Grow widget partly covers it, making it a bad experience for my users. I mean the whole widget with heart button, share button, and “what's next” recommended article button.

Is it possible to hook Grow widget to my cookie notice container so it shows up above and not overlaps? Similar to how it “jumps” up when the bottom sticky ad loads?

    You're able to adjust the positioning of the Grow widget in Grow Publisher Portal's Appearance Settings. This article can help.

    Yes I already adjusted it with custom CSS to appear higher, but that's not what I asked. Cookie notice only shows up once for user, so there is no need to always show the widget that high.

    I'd like to hook the Grow widget to my cookie notice container so it only appear higher when there is a cookie notice, similar to how it automatically “jumps” up when the bottom sticky ad loads. Could you please let me know how to do this?

    No, you are not able to make customizations like that to Grow.
