subscribe form
AnsweredHi,
My subscribe form has been working fine for the last month, but in the last few days, I realised it's not showing on my blog posts anymore. However, it is still showing the like and share feature on a few of my pages, like the homepage and destinations page. Do you know why? I'm missing out on potential subscribers. I have tried going incognito and clearing my cache, but it didn't help.
Kind regards,
Paige

Hey Paige,
If you check in an incognito window, do you see your Subscribe forms?
If you're already subscribed and logged into your Grow account, Subscribe forms you signed up with are removed from view.

Heya Ben,
No, I can see the widget on my home and destination pages, but I can't see a spotlight subscribe form on any of my blogs! It was working perfectly until a few days ago. I'm not sure what has changed. I haven't added any new plugins or anything. They've just disappeared!
Kind regards,
Paige

It doesn't look like Grow is loading on your blog posts at all.
This may be related to a security setting or performance plugin. You'll want to make sure Grow's scripts aren't be optimized, deferred, or minified by another plugin. If you have strict firewall or security settings at the host level, you'll also want to whitelist Grow there.

Hi,
It's on my homepage and destinations page, so I don't think it is related to plugins, or security, or any of the such, as I wouldn't be able to see it on certain parts of my webpage. It was working until two days ago. That's a shame. I think I'll leave it and try again in a month or two.
Thank you for your help.

Perhaps asking your theme support to take a look could pinpoint the issue. There's some difference between your pages and posts that prevents Grow from loading, likely something preventing the scripts from firing.
