    Hi Jazzmin,

    Since you're seeing the Grow widget appear on mobile and not on desktop, this is likely local browser caching. 

    You can check and see if the Grow widget loads in an incognito window. If it does, clearing your desktop browser's cache and cookie should resolve this!
