Automailer exclude limitations with querystrings

We need an immediate fix for something that should be basic. In the recommended content, you have the ability to exclude pages, but no ability to exclude a page with querystrings.

Example: I have a page called /trip-result/?guid=xxxxxxxx  I want to exclude the entirety of the /trip-result/* but cannot do it.

It shows me all 3000 pages with the ?guid=xxxxxx but I dont want to click on each one to exclude it. This is VERY problematic as the automailer is sharing user-submitted content/results that may not be valid – there needs to be a way to filter a page and querystrings after the page.

  It's possible you might be able to use a Custom URL Filter to exclude these pages from Grow features.
