Can manual subscribe boxes and spotlight subscribe boxes coexist?

Recently, I added manually placed subscribe boxes to the bottom of all my most recent blogs. I wanted these to be used in conjunction with the Spotlight subscribe boxes. However, it seems now the Spotlight subscribe boxes no longer show at all. 

Please advise. Can these be used simultaneously or must they be used exclusively?

    Hi Michelle!

    On your Manual Placement Subscribe forms, did you expand the Advanced Settings and enable the “Allow default forms” setting? If not, doing this and saving your changes should allow your Spotlight Subscribe and Manual Placement forms appear together!
