Potential Problems with Subscribe Form - Link Share

Hello,

Do you know if link share is working, and if so how it works. Many of my subscribers use the link share when they sign up. However, I've noticed a couple of direct unsubscribes from this. At first, I chocked it up to the person not wanting emails. But I went to test this feature myself, and I still haven't received the recipe I signed up to receive in my inbox.

I think my followers are getting my welcome sequence before the link share article they are signing up for, which I can imagine is frustrating, probably leading to the couple of unsubscribes.

Do you know if this feature actively works, and if so, how long does it take for the email to send. I did just test it, just now, but haven't received anything in the last 10 minutes.

    Hey Audrey!

    We haven't experienced any issues with Link Share forms at this time. I'm able to request and receive links to posts through Link Share forms on other sites.

    Could you please provide your domain? I'm happy to test there and see if there's something specific to your site impacting the Link Share function. I will not share your domain publicly!

    Thanks for your domain, Audrey!

    I tested your Link Share form and did receive the email from Grow. Did you check your spam or junk mail folders, just in case it got routed there? The email will come from noreply@mail.grow.me.

    If you still don't see that email, you may need to ask your email service to whitelist Grow's address!
