Trouble With Script
AnsweredHi, I previously tried to instal Grow but to no avail.
Anyway, I'm finding the information confusing. One page says to install the Grow for WP plugin whilst another says if you're using Genesis to use the simple script plug in. Then I see in other posts with similar issues that they're told the Grow for WP plugin instals the script.
So I've deleted the Grow for WP plugin, cleared my cache again, but still getting the error. I don't have any of the plugins listed in conflicts and am struggling to think what else I can do to make this work?

Hey Elle,
Every site is different, but for WordPress sites we typically recommend installing only the Grow for WordPress plugin to add Grow's scripts to your site. If you add manual scripts and the Grow for WordPress plugin, you'll have two sets of Grow scripts and Grow will not be able to verify itself.
All that being said, it looks like Grow is successfully installed on your site. Grow Publisher Portal indicates Grow is connected and I see it loading on your site. It looks like removing one set of scripts so only one remains has solved the issue!

Hi Ben, thanks for your response. It actually was switching caching software - removing litespeed - that fixed the issue for me.

That makes sense! Litespeed Cache can optimize Grow's scripts, preventing it from functioning properly.
