Subscribe form pop up flashes and disappears

I have added the subscribe option. The form shows on my site. When I add an email address I get a blank white pop up briefly flash up. It immediately disappears and the email remains in the sign up box. It doesn't make it to my account and isn't passed on to convertkit. I have followed the setup instructions but must have missed something - can anyone suggest what?

It sounds like this may be related to a pop up or ad blocker or other browser extension or security setting.If you check in an incognito window or another browser, are you able to subscribe successfully?

Oh! That works in a private window, thank you. It also works in Chrome.
I use safari - just checked and pop-ups are blocked by default. So it will be the same for all safari users. Is there any way to redirect to a page?0 -
I'm glad to hear the private window and Chrome work for you!
Yes, if users have pop ups blocked and primarily use Safari, they may not see that pop up window.There's not currently a way to redirect Subscribe forms, but I will log this feedback with the Grow Engineering Team. Hopefully we'll see that added as an option in a future update!
