CDN making site run slow
AnsweredHello,
I was told by Big Scoots that the reason my site can appear slow at times is that Grow is loading my images over their CDN which is Cloudinary. I am getting complaints that my site is super slow and I have had trouble getting it to load for me as well. I had to hit refresh a few times. Is there a way for you to resolve this from your end? I'm super close to 50k sessions and qualifying for regular Mediavine, so I want to get this resolved ASAP. Thank you so much!

Hi Heidi!
Grow is going to pick up the images used for your social media metadata. If those images are served by a CDN, they can cause issues with Grow features. We are looking into options here, but I do not have a timeline for when a resolution could be in place or if a resolution is possible. The best course of action would be to ensure your images set for social media sharing are not being served by a CDN.

Thank you, Ben! I will check on that. I appreciate your prompt response.
