How do I remove the Grow Sign Up form from appearing when someone subscribes to my site?

Is there a way to remove the pop up from my site when users subscribe? 


"Subscribe Action Pack

Enables subscribe forms that display on your site after a reader logs in, signs up, or favorites a post."

 - Is this the correct area in Grow settings? I have tried to disable this in settings but it still appears.

  Hi Rachel!

  If you have multiple Subscribe forms, subscribing to one will remove it from view but allow the others to continue to appear for readers. This way, if you have multiple mailing lists for different types of content, readers are able to subscribe to each list and you can set up an integration with your Email Service Provider to automatically add them to these feeds. You aren't able to adjust this functionality.

  Subscribe Action Pack provides additional prompts for unsubscribed readers to sign up – when they use save a post with Grow or log into their Grow account, etc. – and will not appear for current subscribers regardless of which form they have used to subscribe.
