Is there a way this can be accomplished today or can this be added to a feature release to allow comment submissions to be added to the grow subscribers list?

  Thanks for the feature request! I have logged it with the Grow Engineering Team on your behalf.

  In general, it takes time for feature requests to be researched, developed, and implemented. We do not typically see them added within a day. Hopefully we'll see some form of this suggestion added in a future update, but I can't guarantee a delivery date.
