    Hey Karen!

    When you initiate a CSV export, you should receive an email from noreply@mail.grow.me with a link to your CSV file download when that file is ready. This link is good for 7 days and can be clicked and downloaded as many times as possible. If you are running ad or pop up blockers, you'll want to disable them to allow the download or click the link in an incognito window.

    This timeout should be temporary and you should be able to initiate another export in 24 hours, but you may need to download “All Subscribers” instead of only the new portion.

    Hi Ben,

    Yes, I know all of that. If I have to wait for the timout, fine, I'll just report here then that a message flashed across the screen, “Export failed” in red and then disappeared. The download email never arrived, and now it's stuck in the screenshot you see.

    I've used Spotlight Subscribe et al. since 2022 and this has never happened before, so, just thought I'd report the incident.

    If the download email regularly doesn't arrive, you may need to whitelist Grow's email address (noreply@mail.grow.me) with your email service. Hopefully this was a one time incident since you saw that error message!

    You might try initiating your next download in an incognito window, just to eliminate potential browser conflicts as the source of that error.
