Switch of language after sign up

Hi there,
Is there a way to customize what people see after signing up via spotlight subscribe. I am German with a German website and the general message about log-in to Grow etc that you receive is really confusing (and in englisch). Any way to customize that?

  Hey Linda!

  Currently you are not able to customize the Subscribe confirmation message, but we are hoping to expand Grow's translation options. I have submitted this as feedback both for the expanded translations and for the ability to customize the confirmation message!
