Since Switching To Grow Subscriber Pop Up, No Signups
AnsweredI removed my main popup since I started using the Grow Subscriber popup that shows up in your posts. But it's not working. I am showing no signups for my newsletter since I switched it 4 days ago, which is highly unusual cause I'm always getting sign ups from my mailerlite popup. This is why I took it off in the first place. I'm going to switch it back until you can help me figure out why it's not working correctly. Please help. Thanks.

Hey Debbye!
Thanks for providing the domain. Looking at the back end, I'm showing you've already collected 727 subscribers from your Spotlight Subscribe forms! (You can see and download these subscribers under Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Settings:They aren't being sent to MailerLite because you haven't added any Form Actions to your Subscribe form. Every Subscribe form, Subscribe Action Pack, Exclusive Content widget, Print Pass, etc. needs Form Actions. These tell Grow where to send Grow subscribers in your Email Service Provider.
You can add your MailerLite Form Actions to your Subscribe form by navigating to Grow Publisher Portal > Subscribe > Forms and then clicking Manage Form on the form you need to add Form Actions to. Then you'll scroll down to the Form Actions section and click Add Action:

Hi Debbye!
Can you let us know what your domain is? That will let us take a look at your site on the backend.0 -
Sorry bout that. It’s *********.com. I ended up turning back on my mailerlite main pop and keeping the in post grow pop as well. But I’d love to know how to find out if it’s working properly. Thank u.

I'm so sorry, I must have been doing it wrong, the add action thing. I finally did it. Thanks again.

That's all right, Debbye! I was going to a suggest trying an incognito window when you were having trouble getting your Form Actions to save. Sometimes browser extensions can conflict with Grow's functions, so using the incognito window lets you bypass extensions and usually allows you to make changes that are being stubborn in your regular browser.
I'm glad you were able to get your Form Actions applied!
