How can a blank post (box) in the grid be eliminated?
AnsweredHi. I tried to send a screenshot of the entire homepage with the Grow grid. I wanted to show how there's an empty box in the grid that just links back to my homepage. What got sent is just the box that I'm trying to eliminate.
Not only does it look pretty bad without a feature image, but it just takes the user in circles.
What can be done to eliminate it from the grid? Would removing it from the grid harm the homepage?
I checked in the grow publisher area. The homepage does not appear as a page I can just uncheck so it's not a part of the grid.
If I'm to paste HTML code anywhere, kindly explain (perhaps demonstrate with screenshots) exactly what to click on (after clicking on Insert) to display the HTML. I've wasted so much time on this and almost just pasted it to anywhere in the HTML on the homepage. It's not self-explanatory. Thanks.

Hi Susan!
It looks like you've deleted the default Custom URL filters from your Recommended Content settings. Those are located in Grow Publisher Portal under Grow Settings > Recommended Content > Advanced. These filters prevent Grow from recommending homepages, archive pages, etc.Adding these filters to your Custom URL filters should help:
- .*/(category|categories|tag|tags)/.*
- .*/page(-|/)[0-9]+.*
- https?://[^/?]+/?$
- .*/about/?
- .*/privacy-policy/?
- .*/contact/?
This article shows you how to add Custom URL Filter exclusions!
