    Hi Maretha!

    When I check your site, I don't see the Inview Effect on your Spotlight Subscribe form, so this sounds like it could be browser caching rather than site caching. 

    Checking your site in an incognito window should allow you to see the change. If that works, simply refreshing your site in the regular browser window could allow you to see the change. If just a refresh isn't enough, clearing your browser's cache should do the trick!
