Newsletter subscribe button acting as a link

The way subscription works for now is by creating subscribers without any email confirmation.

This results with a subscriber list of unknown quality.

The feature is awesome in itself (the spotlight option especially), but I would very much prefer to have the “Subscribe” button open a new browser tab with my subscription form (that has double-opt-in configured, and a good bot/spam protection).

  While Grow doesn't currently have it's own double opt-in settings, it will honor any double opt-in settings from your integrated Email Service Provider. You can see a list of available ESP integrations here!
