There could be a variety of reasons why Grow may not be able to successfully see the script you installed. Run through the most common issues we see below to help resolve the error!
Is the script copied completely?
Copy the full script from the Grow Publisher Portal by using the Copy Code button. That'll guarantee that the script is correct when placing it on your site.
Is the script correct for your site?
When you copy the script, make sure that it is for the domain you're trying to install it on. The domains or subdomains will need to match directly for the bots to verify the script.
Is it correctly placed?
If you're on WordPress, make sure that it's placed in the <head></head>. We recommend using the Head & Footer code plugin or the Genesis Simple Hooks plugin.
